1. Talks and workshops for up to 30 people, lasting 45 - 60 minutes including Q&A. 

 

These workshops are designed to educate on important health issues and are a great way to promote health and wellbeing to larger groups with a structured programme of topics, that include the examples below. It is a great way to target a larger audiences, or employees that work from home, or from abroad. All sessions can be recorded and could be either presented live, webinar style or hybrid. Choose from over 40 topics.

  • The Importance of a balanced diet – It is vital our diets are balanced with the right factors so we can obtain all of the nutrients we need to maintain health. My introduction to nutrition talk will cover the importance of including the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats and plant foods at every meal, why it should be 7-10-a day, and how fibre is key for our long-term wellbeing.

  • Stress management – deal with stress before it deals with you! Discover the foods that support the stress response and the foods that cause stress and what you can do about it.

  • Immune system support – prepare your body for the winter and prevent viruses with the foods and lifestyle choices that support better immunity.

  • Heart health – covering the cardiovascular system and conditions such as high cholesterol and hypertension, find out how to keep your heart healthy.

  • The benefits of a plant-based diet – eating a solely plant-based diet can offer some incredible health benefits but could also leave the body lacking in some essential nutrients that are vital for health.

2. One-to-one consultations 

 

The individual health needs of employees can be met by one-to-one consultations held onsite. Nutritional programmes can be tailored to the schedules and work environments of the workforce.

A nutritional therapy intervention could support the following:

  • Optimising health and wellbeing

Full consultations – will run for 60-minutes for an initial consultation with a pre-filled out questionnaire and three-day food diary and 30 minutes for follow ups.

 

Express Consultations - if time is an issue, then I could also run express 20-30-minute sessions, solely suggesting ways to improve their diets through simple food and lifestyle modifications. 

  • However, no complex medical issues can be discussed with shortened sessions, due to the ethics of clinical practice regarding shortened time consultations.

 

3. Wellness programme

 

The health needs of employees can be met by structured group sessions of up to 20 that are held onsite. The wellness programme will cover the food and lifestyle factors that support four pillars of wellbeing; Eat, Relax, Move and Sleep, over seven sessions.

 

4. Weight management programme

 

Whether your employee needs to manage their weight or not, this nine-session weight management programme builds on a solid foundation of evidence-based nutrition topics that cover the essential factors to promote better weight and health.

 

5. Dietary analysis

 

Choosing a comprehensive dietary analysis can give you an accurate picture of the nutritional value of your food intake. 

  • Detailed report of food composition

  • Full macro and micronutrient breakdown

  • Simple graphs of all nutrients as a percentage of the Reference Nutrient Intake

 

6. Healthy eating cookery workshops

 

If there is access to a kitchen, I can offer cookery workshops (aimed at up to 10 people) for your staff focusing on health and well-being.

  • 1-2-1 consultations (full) – 60 minutes [initial] 30 minutes [follow-up] per person

Below are some options of how days could run that can be made bespoke to your requirements and the needs of your staff.

 

Option 1 

Proper clinical consultations (full day). In one day, I could host five initial consultations or 10 follow-ups (5hrs) + 3hrs research and preparation time. 

 

Option 2

Proper clinic consultations (3/4 day + 2 nutrition workshops) - In one day I can host three initial consultations or six follow-ups (3hrs) + 2hrs research and preparation + 2 nutrition workshops.

 

Option 3 

20-30-minute express consultations (full day of consultations) - nothing medical (just basic info on diet and lifestyle) – I could see up to 16 people in one day, based on 20-minute sessions.

 

Option 4

20-30-minute express consultations (3/4 day of consultations + 2 nutrition workshops) - nothing medical (just basic info on diet and lifestyle) - I could see up to 12 people in one day, based on 20-minute sessions + 2 nutrition workshops.

 

Option 5

Full day of wellbeing and or weight management programmes – running four group workshops in a day and back up support.

 

Option 6

Half day of wellbeing and or weight management programmes – running two group workshops and back up support + half day of 20-30-minute express consultations.

 

Option 7

Dietary analyses days + 1-2-1s for report feedback.

 

Any other options can be made bespoke for your business.
