Prior to your first appointment you will be asked to complete and return a questionnaire and an essential, 3-day food diary. This will ensure you gain the maximum value from the initial consultation.
The initial consultation lasts up to 90 minutes. This will involve a detailed discussion of your goals, symptoms, diet, lifestyle and medical history. The initial consultation is an opportunity to build a comprehensive picture of your health from birth to the present day and will provide the basis for a working relationship that is friendly, understanding and collaborative.
Following this first meeting a detailed personal programme will be devised. Gary will work with you to set attainable and realistic targets to help you reach your goals, which will consider your own individual biochemistry and unique lifestyle.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the programme is practical, affordable and will fit into your life – to help you to achieve your desired results. Simply, this programme will be designed to suit your individual goals and needs and could help you break old habits and put you back in control of your own health.
Follow-up consultations generally last 30-45 minutes and are necessary to review and refine your programme, and may need to consider any additional factors not met by the initial consultation. The number of further visits that are required will depend on your condition, as well as the ease with which you are able to fit the dietary changes into your life.
Note: It is important to state that nutritional therapeutic interventions are often viewed as being medium to long-term in duration, which requires commitment and a real desire for change.

Polite notice: Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. Thank you.
Testing and Supplementation
Biomedical, nutritional or functional tests may also be employed to reveal any underlying factors that may perpetuate your condition and could help to ascertain the nutritional status of your body. Most tests are non-invasive and can be carried out in your own home and sent to a laboratory for evaluation.
These tests may dictate individual nutritional recommendations. Nutritional supplementation may also be used to enhance the overall effectiveness of your dietary programme.
“Through the course of your visits you should undoubtedly see desirable and sustainable changes to your overall health and well-being.”
“You could look forward to experiencing an increase in energy levels, improved vitality and greater mental clarity. With continued commitment you could expect to feel fantastic.”
